Rocking the Daisies Integrated Campaign & Direct Mailer

Advertising
For the upcoming Rocking the Daisies festival, we created a fun tongue and cheek campaign that tells a story of a fictional disease know as 'Post Daisies Depression' (PDD). The idea is that the festival experience is so incredible that it is inevitable that one will suffer severe psychological bleakness in it's aftermath.
The corner stone of the campaign is a series of print adverts and posters that humouroursly riff on the idiom of public service announcements and health product advertising. These highligh the phenomenon of PDD through testimonial style advertorials whose execution in print is echoed on online YouTube adverts.
The campaign is featured in a four page editorial about Rocking the Daisies, where two Daisies veterans talk franky about how they got PDD and how they have come to live with it.

The ticket to the festival itself comes in the form of a box of pills within which contains the ticket as well as a fold out map of the festival as well as the rules and regulations.

In order to generate pre festival hype, a direct mailer containing a VIP ticket and a special prescription for a course of medication for Pre Daisies Tension and Post Daisies Depression, we sent to key influences in the music and media industries.
